Everton have joined the Premier League scramble for RacingGenk star Kevin de Bruyne.
The Daily Mail says Everton had a scout watch him in Genk's top-of-the-table Belgian League clash with Standard Liege.
The 19-year old has already attracted interest from Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City.
Genk are bracing themselves for a summer bid after Everton, Sunderland, Fulham and West Brom were all represented at their latest fixture.
