Everton have signed a sponsorship deal with online trading company EZTrader, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. EZTrader, which specialises in online binary options trading, will become Everton's official online trading partner with immediate effect.
The deal will run to the end of the 2016/17 season, with an option to extend following that point.
EZTrader has a number of similar partnerships across European soccer - notably at Vfl Wolfsburg, Bayer Leverkusen and AIK - but Everton have become the firm's first high-profile sponsorship property in English soccer.
"The global appeal of Everton added to the enormous global following of English football gives us a fantastic opportunity to expand our reach, as well as to cement our reputation as the UK's leading binary options platform," said EZTrader chief executive Simon Citron.
"We're pleased to have added another big name in Europe to our portfolio of club partners and we look forward to working with EZTrader in achieving their goals in the UK," said Everton's director of marketing and communications Richard Kenyon.
