Everton reserves manager Alan Stubbs has no doubts Rangers veteran David Weir will be a top coach.
Everton boss David Moyes has already floated the idea of bringing the Scot back to Goodison Park as a coach next season.
And Stubbs told the Daily Record: "Davie's been a top pro and is the ideal role model for players.
"He came into the game quite late but has looked after himself unbelievably well. I would hold him up as the perfect example of what you can achieve in football if you work hard."
