Southampton are the latest Championship club to try for Everton striker Jermaine Beckford.
The Daily Star Sunday says Everton have rejected a £2.5million bid from Southampton for Beckford.
The former Leeds United forward has also seen an offer from Leicester City turned down by Everton in recent days.
Blues are seeking at least £3.5 million for the ex-Leeds man.
