Everton ready to meet Fulham price for Bullard

Everton boss Dave Moyes is ready to push through a deal for Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard.

The Daily Mail says Moyes will not flinch at the £4m asking price either for the former Wigan man who was drafted into Fabio Capello's England squad for the matches against Andorra and Croatia last month.

However, with Middlesbrough, Sunderland, West Ham and Bolton also in the frame, Everton face a fight to land the midfielder - but with the backing of the Goodison Park board he will at least be able to match other offers and possibly better them.

Fulham have refused to extend Bullard's contract which runs out in 2010.
