Everton are ready to pounce for West Ham United midfielder Momo Diame.

The Daily Mail says the Senegal international, who recently admitted he'd jump at the chance of playing for a top-six club, is open to leaving Upton Park this summer.

And Toffees boss Roberto Martinez is considering a summer move for the powerful midfielder.

A deal to land Diame would be straight forward given the player's £3.5million release clause.
