Everton to pounce for Cardiff winger Ledley

Everton closing in on a deal for Cardiff City winger Joe Ledley.

The Sun says Ledley, 22, who is out of contract next summer, says he has not been offered a new deal.

Everton boss David Moyes is a fan of Ledley.

But the Merseysiders are likely to delay any bid to try to knock down the price.

Cardiff, who turned down a £6million Stoke bid for the player on deadline day last August, will hold out for £5m this time.
