Everton may set up a swap for Leicester City defender Sol Bamba.
The Liverpool Daily Post says the 26-year-old Bamba has been a revelation since joining Leicester from Hibernian in January.
He is valued at around the £2m mark.
Foxes boss Sven-Goran Eriksson could be prepared to use the Ivorian as a bargaining chip as he bids to land Yakubu on a permanent basis from Everton.
