Everton players are backing Blackpool to beat Cardiff City in the Premiership promotion playoff this weekend.

Blues fullback Seamus Coleman has been influential in Blackpool's run to Wembley.

Jack Rodwell sent his best wishes via evertonfc.com: "I would love to watch him live but as I am on the beach right now its not possible! All the best Seamie lad!"

And Jose Baxter added: "I have already spoken to Seamus and I just want to tell him to keep playing as you have done all season and you will be top class again. Hopefully you can get a win under your belt at Wembley."

Lukas Jutkiewicz, who has spent the 2009/10 season on-loan north of the border at Motherwell, hopes to watch the game on Saturday.
