Everton are planning a bid for Chelsea fullback Ryan Bertrand.
Everton want the Champions League winner as a replacement for Manchester United target Leighton Baines.
The Mirror says Liverpool failed to prise Bertrand away from Chelsea in a loan deal, but Everton will test the Blues with a £7m cash offer to buy him.
