Everton opening as Aston Villa won't pay over odds for Leeds kid Delph

Aston Villa won't be held to ransom over their bid for Leeds United superkid Fabian Delph.

The News of the World says Villa boss Martin O'Neill saw his £6million offer for Leeds midfielder Delph, 19, rejected and believes his inexperience does not justify a higher fee.

Everton and Fulham are also keen.
