The Daily Mail says Everton have opened talks with Chelsea over another deal for Lukaku.
The Belgian has been offered to Atletico Madrid and has around six other clubs interested.
Lukaku, 21, is with the Belgium World Cup squad who have been tipped to be the tournament's dark horses.
