Everton boss David Moyes has failed with a swap offer for Cardiff City winger Joe Ledley.
The People says Moyes offered striker Victor Anichebe in a swap for the Wales captain - which was immediately thrown out by Cardiff.
Tottenham and Sunderland are also keen on Ledley.
