Everton have no intentions of selling their midfield pair Stephen Pienaar and Mikel Arteta.

The Liverpool Echo says Everton do not expect to hear from Arteta's representatives over new contract talks until the squad reports back for pre-season training later this month.

While Blues officials are becoming increasingly frustrated by Pienaar's reluctance to put pen to paper on a new deal, but have no plans to cash in on the player.
