Everton No2 Steve Round has dismissed the kideology of Leeds United boss Neil Warnock ahead of their Capital One Cup tie.

Warnock reckons his side are more focused on the Championship.

But Round dismissed his claims as the Toffees aim to win the competition.

He said: "It's just Neil Warnock being Neil Warnock. We are taking it seriously, you can see by the squad we have picked.

"The closer it gets to the final the more significant this competition gets.

"But you have to win the early games to get there."
