Everton No2 Steve Round hailed Leighton Baines' performance for their draw at Wigan Athletic.

The 27-year-old was a constant threat to his former employers and capped off a fine display by netting a point-earning penalty three minutes from time.

"I thought Leighton Baines was world class today, he really was," Round told evertontv following the 2-2 draw. "He was as good as I've seen any full-back play ever. He was so good."
