Watford defender Christian Kabasele says it's crucial they keep hold of manager Marco Silva.
The Portuguese is being linked with the manager's job at Everton.
"Everybody could see he changed a lot of things in the team," Kabasele told Sky Sports News. "We had quite a lot of the same players but we improved a lot. That means he worked very well with us.
"When you have somebody like this and other teams are looking for him it's important that Watford try to do everything possible to keep him."
Meanwhile, Aaron Lennon is determined to build on his return to Everton's first team.
Lennon helped Everton to victory over Watford last weekend.
"My aim now is to play as much as possible," Lennon told evertonfc.com. “I will keep working hard and, hopefully, the gaffer will pick me. I am ready to play.
“I have enjoyed every moment here. I am only 30, so certainly have no intention of hanging up my boots yet!
“I feel physically good. I have loved every moment of being here and, hopefully, it will continue. I want to play for a long time"
