Everton, Newcastle target Plea admits: I'm leaving Nice

Nice striker Alassane Plea believes that he will be departing the club in the upcoming transfer window.

Plea is a major target for Premier League clubs. And it appears that he is ready for the next adventure in his career.

The striker managed 14 goals in Ligue 1 this season, which is the reason why clubs such as Everton and Newcastle are chasing after him.

"There have been talks and I don't think that next year I'll be here any longer," he told Canal+ after the team's most recent win over Caen.

It is unclear if he will move to the Premier League or La Liga. He has previously praised the Spanish league.

He had told Spanish outlet Marca in the past: "I know there's been interest from Spain with teams that have been following my progress and watching me. Moreover, La Liga is a league that's very technical and is suited to attackers."
