The Sun says the 25-year-old is valued at £7.5m by Ecuadorian champions Emelec.

The striker was in sensational form last term and bagged 36 goals in his homeland.

Championship outfit Brighton have also been eyeing the gifted attacker.

But it's thought the Toffees are front-runners for his signature.
