Former Everton defender David Unsworth has returned to the club.
Unsworth has been named assistant manager of Everton's U21 squad.
He told evertontv: "It means the world to me this Club. I came through the ranks at Everton and I lost count of how many seasons I spent here.
"Every time you go back to Goodison you're made to feel very welcome. You're never forgotten as a player here and there's not many clubs you can say that about.
"So it's great to be back but I'm here to do a job, I'm here to work and I'm here to pass on anything I can to these young players."
