Everton are moving for Real Mallorca defender Ivan Ramis.
The Sunday Mail says Goodison Park scouts have watched the Real Mallorca man in action and look poised to swoop for the stopper.
Celtic manager Tony Mowbray was desperate to land the 25-year-old Spaniard in January but the deal collapsed when the clubs failed to agree a fee.
But Ramis remained hopeful of a summer switch, admitting: "Maybe Celtic will still be interested in me." However, Davie Moyes is now ready to step in to take the defender to the Premiership.
