Everton are in the frame for Zenit St Petersburg winger Andrei Arshavin.

Russian Arshavin, 26, was one of his country's stand-out players both home and away in their Euro 2008 qualifiers with England. And, having helped his club to their first title since 1984, he is keen to secure a big-money move to England.
