Everton midfielder James McCarthy is confident his injury woes are behind him.
McCarthy has been plagued by hamstring problems all season as he struggled to deal with the Toffees' Europa League demands.
He said: "There have been a few changes to the way I do things: boots, insoles and quite a few other things.
"So hopefully now I can kick on and have a good end to the season.
"It's a good feeling to pull on the blue jersey and get back out there again.
"It was just good to be back out there. It has been quite frustrating campaign for myself and the team."
