Everton midfielder Darron Gibson has hailed the form of Leon Osman.

The midfielder hit a stunner in victory over Manchester City on the weekend.

"Leon's on fire at the minute," Gibson told evertonfc.com.

"He is showing everyone what a great player he is. He had the armband and the goal topped his performance off."
