Everton midfielder Adam Forshaw has broken his jaw on-loan at Brentford.

Forshaw broke his jaw in the first half of the Bees' clash with Rochdale.

The 20-year-old midfielder was set to undergo an operation but remained positive on Twitter, writing: "Up for a header an next thing broken jaw in three places. Hope to be back as soon as possible. On a plus note I am made up for the win and the clean sheet too!"
