Everton are chasing Zenit St Petersburg winger Andriy Arshavin.

French sources say Olympique Marseille are keen to sign the Russia international, but face stiff competition from England, where Newcastle United, Tottenham and particularly Everton are showing concrete interest in the tricky winger.

Zenit are reluctant to sell, but haven't completely shut the door on the prospect.
