Everton No2 Steve Round says they're excited by what they've seen in training from Kevin Mirallas.
Mirallas has impressed Round, who says the striker is likely to make his home debut against Leyton Orient in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday evening.
"He is a very fast, sharp player that gives us a different dimension," Round said. "He will run in behind and he's very alert.
"We have to be a bit careful because he has come from Greek football and in the Premier League it is difficult to settle and it takes bit of time.
"I think we are prepared to give him that time and bring him along gradually.
"First impressions are pleasing and it looks like he will be a very good player for Everton."
