Everton reserves coach Alan Stubbs is pleased with the progress of Conor McAleny.
The 18 year-old has scored three goals in the last three games.
"He was obviously on the bench because of injuries but he's done well for us and he's scored a few goals and it was a reason why he is there," Stubbs told evertontv.
"He's got a long way to go, he took his goal really well but needs to work on the his all-round game, he showed some real quality but he want him to show a bit more quality.
"We need to working on his timing of runs off the striker to get in behind, when to run when not to run and his positions pulling away from defenders, just little basic things that will help him," he added.
