Everton are interested in PSG midfielder Clement Chantome.
RMC says Everton have made a contract offer to Chantome, who is regarded highly by new Blues boss Roberto Martinez.
The 25 year-old Frenchman was a first-choice for Carlo Ancelotti last season and is now considering Everton's terms.
