Everton have made a new contract offer to Leighton Baines.

Everton last week rejected a £12m offer for the England defender, with chairman Bill Kenwright keen to keep him at Goodison.

The Daily Star says he has offered Baines a £70,000-a-week deal and hopes he won't walk out on the Toffees for United.
