Everton boss David Moyes accepts they've lost Eric Dier back to Sporting Lisbon.

The England youth international has been playing on extended loan at Everton, but now has decided to return to parent club Sporting to pursue a senior career.

Moyes told O Jogo: "We wanted him to stay with us ... we knew he wanted to be in the first team, even though there would be little chance. Maybe Sá Pinto and Sporting have other plans for him."
