Everton are launching a bid for Torino star Alessio Cerci.
The Daily Star says Everton are set to make the first move in the transfer battle to sign Cerci after preparing a £10m bid for the Torino winger.
Liverpool have been strongly linked with the Italian ace, as have Manchester United and Chelsea.
However, reports from Italy indicate the Toffees are set to jump to the front of the queue for the 26-year-old, as Roberto Martinez looks to bolster his squad ahead of another assault on the Premier League top four next season.
