Everton have launched a bid for Rangers striker Nikica Jelavic.
Sky Sports sources say Everton have now launched a raid for the Croatia international ahead of Tuesday's transfer deadline.
The 26-year-old has also been linked with Everton's local rivals Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers, as Gers boss Ally McCoist seeks to hang on to his leading scorer.
