Everton boss David Moyes is keen on FC Copenhagen striker Andreas Cornelius.

The People says Moyes sent his top spy to watch the 6ft4in target man last weekend as he looks for a new forward, the missing link in his squad who are chasing European football.

The Dane will be a ­priority if Moyes ­remains on Merseyside.

The 20-year-old No.9 has been a huge star for his club FC Copenhagen and has made his debut for the senior Denmark side.

The Toffees would have to pay around £5million which could be a shrewd move if his promise is fulfilled.
