Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard says the USA's rivalry with Mexico is more fanatic than what the Blues experience with Liverpool. Ahead of Monday's big game, Howard said: "This derby is more intense than any other I have known at club level.
"But I've played for the USA against Mexico and that really is something else. There is genuine hatred.
"It's bedlam, absolutely crazy and out on its own for fanaticism. It is probably easier to tell you what doesn't happen than what does."
