Everton reserves coach Alan Stubbs is keen for more youngsters to go out on-loan.
Stubbs feels Jose Baxter and Shane Duffy have benefitted from going out on loan and now would like to see midfielder Adam Forshaw follow in their footsteps.
"One of the biggest improvements I've seen is in Jose," Stubbs told evertontv. "He's been out on loan. He's got a direction to his football at the minute and he's come back and been very good. I've seen a different person.
"Shane's the same. He's gone out and it's done him the world of good. The likes of Adam Forshaw and a couple of others need to get that experience now. He (Adam) is the one that is fully deserving of that as well at the moment because he's been great up to now. We just need a team to believe in what we believe in. We fully believe that he is good enough to go out and play. But unfortunately that's me saying that. He has to keep convincing the scouts that come and watch to get his break. I'm sure if he keeps going, it's just around the corner."
