Everton and AS Roma are reportedly interested in each others players.

GianlucaDiMarzio.com reports that the Toffees are considerably keen on Roma's Greek defender Kostas Manolas, who is also on the radar of Manchester United.

It is understood that Everton have approached Manolas' representatives but have not yet been in touch with the Giallorossi, who see the 25-year-old as a vital player under Luciano Spalletti.

Meanwhile, the Serie A outfit remain keen on Everton's Spanish winger Gerard Deulofeu.

Roma are believed to be in front of Italian rivals AC Milan for the signature of the 22-year-old but Ronald Koeman has not given any indication on a potential loan with the option to buy at season's end.
