Everton have joined the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United in the race to sign Benfica star Anderson Talisca, according to reports from Turkish publication Fanatik.

Talisca has long been considered as one of the most promising young players in Europe over the past few years and the Brazilian attacker has enjoyed a productive campaign on loan with Besiktas from Portuguese giants Benfica.

The likes of Liverpool and United are expected to go after Talisca during the upcoming summer transfer window but reports from Turkey have claimed that Everton are ready to challenge their Merseyside and north west rivals in the race to sign the 23-year-old.

It is understood that Talisca comes with a release clause of around £21million.
