Everton have joined the battle for Hoffenheim striker Demba Ba.
EvertonDavid Moyes will rival West Ham in a move for Ba after being priced out of the race to sign Monaco hitman Dieumerci Mbokani, says the Daily Mail.
Moyes said: 'I asked about Mbokani and was willing to get him. We made an offer to get him on loan.
"But there were bigger offers from others around. I think Monaco have a couple of permanent deals for him."
