Everton have had a bid for Rasmus Elm accepted by Kalmar.
The Sun says Elm is trying to thrash out personal terms with Everton after his club Kalmar accepted an offer of around £6million.
The Sweden Under-21 midfielder was in Liverpool last week with his mum, girlfriend and agent Carl Fhager.
And Savante Samuelsson, the head of Kalmar, admitted: "Everton have made a concrete offer. I think Elm's future will be decided in the next couple of weeks."
Toffees boss David Moyes is hoping he has done enough to fend off rivals Fulham, Ajax and PSV Eindhoven.
Elm said: "It is of course satisfying clubs are interested but nothing is set yet. I have to feel 100 per cent for a new club."
