Everton are haggling over a fee with Standard Liege for striker Ishak Belfodil.

Everton are keen to follow up their deal for Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin with a deal for Belfodil.

However, Standard have told Everton they're not actively seeking to sell.

This hasn't put off Everton with an offer of €10 milion tabled for Belfodil this week, which has forced a rethink from Standard.

The Belgians have rejected the bid, but are prepared to cash in should Everton return with a proposal of €12 million.
