Phil Neville posted a regretful Tweet on Wednesday regarding champion referee Pierluigi Collina.
The Italian, who was named Referee of the Year on six occasions, underwent an interview with Bryan Swanson for Sky Sports in which he discussed a number of issues, including players crowding match officials.
But former Everton star Neville could not let one incident slip when accusing Collina of taking a bribe, or 'bung', in a Champions League play-off against Villarreal back in 2005.
A late Duncan Ferguson equaliser, which would have taken the game to extra-time, was disallowed by Collina and is still something that doesn't sit well with Neville.
He quickly deleted the Tweet but not before it was sent around the social media platform via a screenshot.
