Everton fullback Seamus Coleman is happy to play in an advanced wing role.
Tony Hibbert's inclusion in the team against Manchester City last weekend meant that Coleman was pushed further forward into a role he has not occupied regularly for Everton since the 2011/12 season.
Coleman told evertontv: "I haven't played there in a couple of seasons. As everyone knows, my preferred position is right-back, but for that particular game I was played in that role.
"It was a bit different to be there but it's a team game and I'm more than happy to help the team. The manager deemed it fit to play me there and I tried my best to influence the game.
"Being a full-back all my life, I like attacking from deep. It is a bit different overall but anything the manager asks me to do, I'm happy to help."
