Everton fullback Coleman basing game on best of Brazil

Everton's exciting fullback Seamus Coleman admits he models his game on Brazil's best.

Coleman struck his first goal for Everton in this week's Carling Cup defeat to Brentford.

Irish fullback Coleman told Absolute Radio: "There's obviously the tackle full-backs, best in the world, the Maicons and the Dani Alves's, but there's an awful lot of good right-backs, not one in particular.

"Obviously here at Everton I would look at Tony Hibbert a lot and Phil Neville when they're playing, and if I can pick up some parts of their game, you know, I'd be happy."

Coleman added: "I like to get forward a lot, you know. I always did at my old clubs as well, but at the same time I have a lot to learn in the game as well, I need to work a bit on defending as well, so hopefully it'll all come in time."
