Everton fullback Leighton Baines says it's time to shake-off their early season struggles.
Their form in the latter months has been comparable with title challengers, and Baines says it is time the team addressed their early season lethargy.
"It was the same last year," the England defender told evertonfc.com. "We finished exceptionally well in the second half of the season and we have done something similar again this season and pushed on, which is certainly better than not having pushed on.
"We got another positive result over Chelsea on the last day and went out on a bit of a high. We can take some confidence from that and go away, enjoy a break, look at ourselves, come back and look for that all important start, which has eluded us over the last few seasons."
