Basle centre-back Aleksandar Dragovic wants a move to England.

The Austrian, 22, is inspired by the impact made by his pal Andi Weimann at Aston Villa and wants some of the same, with Everton, Fulham and Southampton all tracking his progress.

Dragovic told The Sun: "I regularly speak to Andreas, who has told me a lot about how much he enjoys playing in England.

"It's competition at the highest level, which is what I am looking for.

"The fans are fantastic, and the clubs command a lot of respect around the world."
