Everton's strike stocks are again in the wars with Brazilian loanee Jo limping off in the Toffees pre-season clash with Blackpool.

David Moyes is already struggling to field fit strikers at Goodison Park and things could get worse if Jo, on loan from Manchester City, is forced to miss any matches.

Jo opened the scoring for Everton in the first half before limping off with an injured ankle as the Toffees went down 2-1 to the Championship club.
