Everton fans are ready to see Joleon Lescott sold to Manchester City.

The Daily Mail says the first anti-Lescott chant was ringing out inside the opening five minutes of Everton's Europa League qualifier against Sigma in a clear sign that impatience over the England defender's wish to accept a lucrative deal at City was wearing thin on the terraces as well as in the manager's office.
