The administrator for Everton's French Toffees Twitter account was among the murdered in Friday's Paris terror attacks.

@FrenchToffees described the dead colleague as their Principal Admin officer. He was one of those killed while watching the Eagles of Death Metal show, at Bataclan concert hall.

Everton FC’s official Twitter account told French Toffees: “Les pensées et les prières de tout le monde à Everton sont avec vous”, translated as “The thoughts and prayers of everyone at Everton are with you.”

One Everton fan said: “Rest in peace fellow blue” while another added: “This is horrible news. All of us will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.”

On Twitter last night French Toffees, sent this message of thanks: “I would like to thank all of you who sent us all of these messages... We are devastated but it means a lot... Thank you.”
