Spartak Moscow winger Vladimir Bystrov is attracting Premiership interest.

The Daily Mail says Everton are eyeing the 25 year-old Russia international.

Bystrov is regarded as one of the quickest players in Europe and has been scouted by Blues boss David Moyes.
